• Business content — documents, client records, project notes, time entries, and any other data you create within our portal.
• Communications — messages or inquiries you send us directly.
• Quote request and messaging details — when you submit an insurance quote or contact form on one of our websites (including our insurance brand New Era Financial), we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, state of residence, a general age range, and the type of coverage you are interested in, along with the consent you gave to be contacted by phone call and text message and a record of the date, time, and exact disclosure you agreed to.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Authentication signals — Firebase Authentication and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise analyze browser and device signals to prevent unauthorized access.
• Performance diagnostics — Firebase automatically collects crash reports and performance data to help us maintain service reliability.

Information we do NOT collect:

• Payment or credit card information
• Precise geolocation data
• Contacts, camera, or microphone access

How we use your information in our text messaging program. If you submitted a quote request and consented to be contacted, we use the mobile phone number you provided to send you text messages about that request — specifically appointment reminders, follow-ups on the quote you asked for, and conversational replies from a licensed agent. Messages are sent by Outpost Digital Solutions LLC under our insurance brand New Era Financial. Your mobile number and messaging consent are used only to contact you about your request; they are not used for any other purpose. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 4. How We Share Your Information

• Google Firebase — provides our database, authentication, file storage, and hosting.
• Google Analytics 4 — provides aggregated website usage analytics.
• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — processes authentication requests to detect abuse.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and are never provided to any third party. We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number. The service providers listed above process data only to operate our services on our behalf, never for their own marketing.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights and Choices
