SMS Terms
The short version: we only text people who asked us to. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your mobile number or your messaging consent.
1. Who We Are
This text-messaging program is operated by Outpost Digital Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Messages sent under this program relate to our insurance brand New Era Financial, which is operated by Outpost Digital Solutions LLC, and may identify themselves as such. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Program Description
We send appointment reminders, follow-ups on a quote you requested, and conversational replies from a licensed agent to people who requested an insurance quote from us or otherwise consented to be contacted by text about life and final-expense insurance.
3. How You Opt In
You opt in by submitting our quote or contact form and checking the box agreeing to receive calls and text messages at the number you provide, by replying to one of our messages, or by telling one of our licensed agents that you consent to texts. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
5. Opting Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Delivery and Carriers
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Your Privacy
We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing and are never provided to any third party. 9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page and takes effect when posted.
